How long before I see anything?
Most of the change happens between weeks three and six. Skin turns over slowly, and a coat that has been inflamed for months does not settle in a week. Judge it at six weeks, not at six days. That is why the guarantee runs for sixty days and not thirty.
What does it actually do?
It supports two things at once: a healthy gut microbiome, and the raw material skin uses to rebuild its own barrier. Shampoos, wipes and sprays work on the surface. Candor works underneath.
My dog is picky. Will he eat it?
It is a soft chew, not a tablet. Most dogs take it as a treat. If yours refuses it, the guarantee covers it — email us.
How many chews are in a jar?

How much do I give?
Up to 25 lbs — 1 chew daily. 26–75 lbs — 2 chews daily. Over 75 lbs — 3 chews daily. Give with food, whole or broken up.
Can puppies take it?
Ask your vet first for dogs under 12 months.
How should I store it?
Sealed, somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun. Not the car.

Can I give it alongside what my vet prescribed?
Talk to your vet first. That is not a legal hedge — they know your dog's history and we do not.
Is this instead of going to the vet?
No. Persistent itching can have causes a supplement will not touch — fleas, mites, infection, a food allergy that needs an elimination diet. If your dog is losing hair, breaking the skin open, or getting worse, see a vet.
Are there side effects?
The most common one is loose stool in the first few days as the gut adjusts. If it persists, stop and email us.
Ingredients and labelling
Why do you print the amounts when nobody else does?
Because a label that names ingredients without amounts tells you nothing. Eight out of nine dog supplements list a "proprietary blend." The label is true. It is also useless for comparison. We print the amounts so you can hold us against anything else on the shelf.
